How to Order
There are four ways to order the books featured on this website, three online and one by mail, plus extra help if you have problems or if you’re a low-tech person like me:
Online from the author's “Book Store” below. There are two options for payment, online securely with a credit card or with a PayPal account.
By mail by printing out an order detail sheet and mailing it with a check or money order.

If you have any questions or problems with ordering from the author, call us at 303-666-8253 or use the contact form to email us. Computers don’t always make things easier (like online ordering) and I’m no computer whiz, but I know I can make things “work” the old-fashioned way! If you’re like me, don’t hesitate to email or call. If there is no answer when you call, leave your name and phone number on the answering machine and we’ll call you back as soon as we can. Also, if you call early or late (Mountain Time) don’t be put off if you get a message saying, “This phone number not taking calls at this time.” We’re still here, it’s just night time and calls are blocked while we are asleep.

We will CORRECT and REFUND SHIPPING!
The PayPal shopping cart cannot tell items that do not need to be shipped from those that do. If you order the How-To e-Pak for Food Allergy and Gluten-Free Weight Loss alone, we will refund your shipping charge. If you order it with other items and its price puts you in the next higher shipping charge category, we will refund the extra shipping charge.
If you order from this website and food-allergy.org at near the same time, we will ship the orders together and refund any excess shipping you were charged by the shopping cart. Please use the contact form to email us so we can look for the second order before we rush off to ship books.
